Papaya leaf powder, Fennel Seed, Alfalfa,Fibra ,Cascara Sagrada ,Cereli, Cenna , Acidophilus.

Directions

for adults, take ( 4 ) tablets in the morning and (4) tablets in the afternoon

The product may also be taken in two separate 1/2 scoop (approx. 5 g) servings twice daily. Children: (6 yrs to 12 yrs.

Warnings

This product contains senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Keep this product out of reach of children. Store below 86 degrees F (30 degrees C).

Notice

This dietary supplement should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
